Gravity Flow WooCommerce Extension
Gravity Flow WooCommerce Extension adds workflow automation to WooCommerce Orders, allowing store owners to integrate orders more deeply and efficiently with business processes.
Every time an order is created in WooCommerce, an entry is automatically created in Gravity Forms for Gravity Flow to trigger the first step in the workflow.
There are 5 steps included in Gravity Flow WooCommerce Extension:
- Payment: This step allows a customer to submit payment for an order at any point in the workflow.
- Refund: The step will refund a payment.
- Capture Payment – This step will capture the payment that was pre-authorized at WooCommerce checkout but not captured.
- Cancel Payment – This step will cancel the payment that was pre-authorized at the WooCommerce checkout.
- Checkout – Use this step to place an order in the middle of a workflow.
How it works
This extension adds a special payment gateway in WooCommerce that allows customers to pay at a later date using the checkout workflow step.
Alternatively, payments can be authorized at checkout and then payment captured at a later date using the Capture Payment step. For example, payment for a translation project can be authorized at WooCommerce checkout, then the automated workflow controls the flow of information between the client, translator, and project manager, and finally, once the project is complete, payment is captured.
