What does Gravity Perks Inventory do?
Gravity Perks Inventory provides robust inventory management for Gravity Forms. Use it when selling merchandise or tickets or creating bookable resources like events, appointments, and reservations!
Simply specify the available inventory in your Product field and GF Inventory will take care of limiting the quantity of that item that can be ordered. If you work with option-based fields, you can limit the number of times each option can be selected.
Do you have more complex requirements? With Gravity Perks Inventory, you can share inventory across various fields and forms. Or, group multiple fields to encompass inventory using a unique combination of field values.
Do you want some practical examples?
Simple inventory: You are selling tickets to a conference and you only have 50 seats. GF Inventory allows you to specify how many seats you have and hide the Product form or field once inventory is depleted.
Option-Based Inventory: Sell t-shirts in different quantities per size. You have 10 large, 20 large, and 15 medium shirts. Use a dropdown field to display your size options, and then use GF Inventory to specify available inventory by size.
Shared Inventory – You are selling tickets to a conference (yes, the same conference) and want to target unique audiences with different landing pages/forms. GF Inventory allows you to share the same inventory across all Product fields on every form.
