Before Requesting a Refund:

If you encounter any issues, please allow us the opportunity to assist you by opening a ticket through our Support Desk. Our Support Team strives to respond within 24-72 hours and will work diligently to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.

Conditions for Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products that are instantly downloadable upon purchase, all sales are considered final. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after a purchase. Once you have downloaded the product, it cannot be “returned.”

However, refunds may be issued if the product you downloaded is found to be completely unusable.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

• You decide not to use the purchased product.

• You request a refund for the same product more than once.

• You attempt to claim a refund based on discounts or offers applied to future purchases.

Refunds May Be Issued Under These Conditions:

• The product is entirely non-functional.

• The product’s main description was misleading.

• You have not downloaded any files or a significant portion of the files.

Refund Requests May Be Denied If:

• You changed your mind after purchasing the product.

• You purchased the product by mistake and have already downloaded it.

• The product does not work due to incompatibility with your WordPress setup, plugins, or server configuration.

• The product requires a license key for activation, and you misunderstood the GPL nature of the product.

• You broke your website while installing the product.

• You failed to provide our support staff access to your website for issue investigation.

Additional Terms:

• You can cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

• If a refund is granted, you must discontinue the use of the downloaded product immediately.

• Refund processing may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

• If a product remains defective after an update, we may reduce the refund amount based on the diminished value of the product.
